Head and Heart is a group dedicated and committed to reaching a segment of the population that has previously been overlooked: people whose bodies have been devastated by massive stroke, accident or disease but who have been left with their cognitive skills intact.

Our only requirements for consideration are based on:

• Being a resident of DFW Metroplex

• Having cognitive reasoning

• Proof of Need
